Cyphr Agents does not include purchased, scraped, or unverified consumer lists in its standard outbound services. Clients remain responsible for lawful lead sources, consent, do-not-call compliance, disclosures, and industry-specific requirements.
Cyphr Agents does not guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, appointments, sales, or revenue. Results depend on the client’s market, offer, operations, data, and follow-up.
Service delivery may depend on telecommunications, AI, scheduling, CRM, automation, messaging, and hosting providers. Availability and pricing of those providers can change.
